How To Reduce Skin Damage Naturally
The world is obsessed with beauty products to improve skin. But all you need for the most part are some common sense guidelines on what you should and shouldn’t do when you are looking to keep your skin healthy and clear. These tips are especially good for teenagers who are experiences the woes of puberty.
First of all, be careful of what you put on it. Makeup shouldn’t contain oils, and nothing you put on your face should ever contain harsh alcohols. Likewise, facial scrubs that are made to be abrasive should be avoided, and so should any kind of chemical peels.
Next, don’t pick at it. It can be difficult living with a pimple, but what is worst? Going about your day with a zit, or walking around with a big red scab that everyone knows used to be a zit? Blackheads should especially be left alone, as they are deep within the pores, and popping them can cause permanent scarring.
Last, be careful of how often you touch your face. Have you noticed those little pimples that mar the surface of your cheek or chin? Have you ever leaned your chin or cheek on your hand? This is likely the source.
